As its name suggests, this Droplets® variety reproduces the intense flavour of violets. A delicious aroma to create delicate Gin&Tonics, floral cocktails without adding sugar – unlike liqueurs and syrups that are rich in sugar – and of course, as an ingredient in making pastries.

1 cl cane syrup
10 drops of Droplets® Sweet Violets
1.5 cl lemon juice
1 cl maraschino
6 cl Bombay Sapphire
Mix in shaker with plenty of ice for 10 seconds then strain into a glass.
Decorate the cocktail.
90 g egg white
80 cl water
100 g sugar

Whisk the egg whites until they form peaks.
Prepare a caramel sauce and heat it up to 120° C.
Gradually add the egg whites.
