10 drops of Droplets® Oak Smoke
4 drops of Droplets® Fresh Ginger
1 teaspoon of sugar syrup
1 cl lime juice
4 cl blackberry liqueur
4 cl Bombay Sapphire
In a Boston shaker, mash a slice of ginger together with the blackberries and raspberries.
Add the remaining ingredients and 4 scoops of crushed ice.
Shake for 15 seconds and serve the entire contents into a tall, wide glass.
Finish off with crushed ice and garnish with grated lime and green cardamoms.
BAKED POTATOES WITH A SPICY, SMOKY SAUCE
4 new potatoes
150 g finely chopped tomatoes
100 g mayonnaise
Droplets® Hot Chili Pepper
Droplets® Oak Smoke
Boil the potatoes in salted water, on a medium heat for about 30 minutes until they are soft.
Break off the top of the potato, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Heat up the chopped tomatoes, incorporating 6 drops of Droplets® Oak Smoke. At the same time, add 6 drops of Droplets® Hot Chili Pepper to the mayonnaise.
Place the potatoes in the oven and bake until golden. To serve pour over the hot, smoky tomato sauce and a tablespoon of spicy mayonnaise, thereby obtaining a kind of patatas bravas* without frying.
